Hi everyone,
I am having some trouble with my MAC and hopefully someone can help.  I am trying to install some new software, namely InDesign 2 and PhotoShop 6 on my Mac G4.  I am running off of an OS9.  When I go to install the program it says that I need a 9.1 or higher.  So, I went to apple.com and have been trying unsuccessfully to download an update to the software.  It is a lengthy download and everytime I try it, I get an error message before the file finishes downloading.  The file is a .smi  I thought that one had finished downloading, but it appeared to have no effect.  Am I missing something here?  Can you not download an update to 9.1?  I am sure it is something that I am doing, so any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
