It could be extremely difficult to navigate the
copyright and contract laws of another country, and as
someone else mentioned, how will you enforce the
terms? What if he doesn't pay? What if he uses your
art without pay or permission beyond the original
terms?

I worked for a time with a number of Irish animators.
There are very fine artists of all types in Ireland.
Why is the client looking abroad for illustrators??
