Try the SCA-Japanese Mailing list.  You can get to the main site here:

That's usually where I go to check on Japanese SCA info.  They've got some
knowledgeable people on that list and they are very nice.  I was supposed
to check on that for you, wasn't I?  Gomen nasai!  Life is really weird at
the moment.  The past two weeks have been a non-stop whirlwind of stress
for both myself and Aelfgeirr.

But one thing about the Calon list is that they really do talk about
_anything_ here.  It's not like any other SCA-kingdom list that I know
of.  One more great thing about Calontir! :-)
