Thanks, nancy - i got a return message from AOL that said what I suspected;
the preview version is buggy, and I should download the full version RIGHT
NOW. Maybe! It also recommended a preferences dump (browser cache). i may
dump all sorts of preferences, but i suspect it's the preview browser.
