Hi Simon.
The best luck I've had finding discontinuted colors is to dig through the
bins of colored pencils at any art shop I pass, at home or on travels.
Sometimes, especially in places with a slower turnover, there will be some
of the magic colors in the bottom somewhere... If you find them, buy them
all!
