I have sent out your request to a listserv of picturebook artists that I
belong to, and am hoping that we'll get some good input from them on
this topic. Another suggestion: check the books published by Albert
Whitman Publishers; they do a lot of books on all kinds of issues such
as this (autism, bedwetting, going to the dentist, etc). If you need a
link to their website, it is on my website, on the bookshelf page, right
by my books published by them.
Hope to have some response to pass on to you soon.
