Yikes, indeed,

    I just got my newsletter a couple days, ago, and  today is the 
25th.....     and I was finally going to exhibit this year.....

     If the image  is  digitally submit-able,  would the forms be 
also?   The post offices are closed here now, but I might be able to 
get the application up digitally tonight...

    Is a hardcopy post mark necessary if the email is posted today?
