kelly,

I agree with the posted thoughts about competition from online 
printing/framing companies. but how about meeting that market  halfway. 
invest in a good printer and offer prints & framing as a package. you 
don't have to buy into poster printing unless you think the market is 
there - just a good medium sized pro printer like the HP B9180. I bet 
there's a lot of people who'd love to see their digital snapshots on the 
wall.
