Hi All,
Just wanted to remind you, in case you haven't done them yet, to not forget
about making and bringing your artist trading cards! We will be trading
them at the Banquet Dinner Wednesday evening, July 13th. Recommended size
for these cards is 3.5" x 2.5", and may be original art or prints sampling
your work. To stimulate ideas, visit: http://www.artist-trading-cards.ch/
The banquet will be in the Longhouse, a Native American sacred ceremonial
space. We will have guest presenters, Odin Lonning and "Orca Annie"
Stateler, presenting their work with the Vashon Hydrophone Project
researching Orca (killer whale) songs and migration patterns in Puget Sound.
They will also be sharing their traditional arts blending their Native
American culture and inspirations from their science, as well as sharing
traditional songs and stories, too. It is an honor to have them coming to
our banquet. For more info about the evening program and the cultural
celebrations, visit:

Hope you are looking forward to the conference as much as I am!
Cheers,
Audrey
