It sounds like a little bit of a long shot maybe, but I wonder if Yankee
Magazine, which I think is headquartered in nearby Dublin, might have
something from the inn. They have published recipes in the past and, if
nothing else, might be a source for generic NH recipes. There is also, or
there used to be, a New Hampshire magazine, which might include
information about local food. I've seen photos of copies from, I believe,
the 1940s, so perhaps there are copies in some New Hampshire library
somewhere.
Doesn't Jaffrey/Jaffrey Center/Dublin have a historical society? Perhaps
there's something there.
