drx: So I have gotten a few questions:
Garb/no garb?
Waivers?
NMS?
Tenting?

This is an official SCA event, so garb.
Waivers/show your blue cards. Signing a waiver/showing your blue card gets you access to the condolences book.
NMS? No, because there is no site fee.
Tenting? While we had originally talked about a two day camping event, we will open the event at noon Saturday. We hope to have you on the way by 10 am Sunday. The building is available for Crashing Saturday night. Crash space is also available at numerous locations in and near Fayetteville. Contact Mistress Christaen for arrangements. While camping is possible for one night, we hope that we have given you enough options that you can leave the tent at home and squeeze one extra person into the car.

We are an official event (for insurance purposes). However, since we are not in the Mews, there can be no awards given out. Rest easy, there cannot be "A literal FOUNTAIN of OAFS".
