I got a photocopy of this book in 1996, but cannot find out who send it to me. The correspondence is on another computer, and we are moving house this weekend.
The book contains many photographs the photocopy quality of which is not particularly good. I would not guarantee that they are useful when photocopied again.
If you have no luck to get a photocopy from an original at reasonable price, I can ask our photocopy unit (you might get charged, but it should be reasonable).
