For anyone looking for something to do this weekend, the Canton of Axed Root
is hosting a regional fighter practice on the Iowa State campus this
Saturday. It's an indoor fighting area with an awesome overlook classroom,
which has great tables for A&S projects. Each table has it's own electrical
outlet as well! (Great view of the fighting!)

http://g.co/maps/xbasc is a Google map to the site. The official name for
the part of the building where the practice will be held is the "Iowa Farm
Bureau Pavilion", but it's attached to the back side of Kildee Hall, with
direct access from the parking lot to the east. Additional parking can be
found across University Blvd. (formerly Elwood Dr.) to the north, just east
of the horse barn.

I wanted to put in another reminder that Axed Root is hosting a regional
fighter practice in Ames this weekend. We have a large indoor fighting space
available to us that also includes a safe overlook with seats and tables for
those not fighting.

It will be held on Saturday the 18th from 10 till 5 on the Iowa State
University campus in Kildee hall.
