Lawrence Mishel of the Economic Policy Institute (EPI) and Lawrence Katz
of Harvard University have initiated this letter, endorsing the economic
benefits of raising the minimum wage to $10.10. EPI and CEPR are
circulating the statement among economists.

So far, the signatories of the letter include seven Nobel Laureates and
eight former presidents of the American Economic Association.  We hope
you will, too.

The deadline to sign on is this Friday, Jan. 17th (Ph.D. in economics
