Anything that fits on a dolly or cart will be fairly easy to move as the sidewalk is a lot closer than the street/parking lot. Other than furniture, it will simply be a matter of loading carts out of my patio door, wheeling them to the new building, and then carrying everything up the stairs. So carts and dollies would be a wonderful help.
Thank you for the offers of help. I was originally rather paniced because I needed to notify the manager when I was moving, but between work and events I didn't know when I and help would be available at the same time. Thankfully it wasn't as difficult to figure out as I feared.
