I sang the opening verse and chorus of Hymn for the Soup Kitchen, then continued with the following:


Through the decades campaigning, 
there has been one bright bastion,
Firing the soup pots each day before noon. 
She has strengthened our war host
By her constant devotion
So now it is fitting
 that I crave a great boon. 

I asked that Margaret of Westermark be elevated to the Order of the Pelican.
