I have a few files in the DISABILITIES section of the Florilegium on deafness and sign language, both period and SCA.
http://www.florilegium.org/files/DISABILITIES/idxdisabilities.html

But what I have for special SCA signs may be old or not complete. If someone has written a hand-out or class notes on SCA sign language, I would like to add it to the Florilegium.
