been trying to think of an angle and I think I've got it-- this is
"Peter Rabbit" for modern kids! Startling?
I'm discovering that people are reading "Bronze I&O" as though it were
a Hypercard book: that is, they open to a heading or photo that
intrigues them and then read that section. It doesn't really hurt,
since the stories are out of sequence and grouped by theme anyway. I'm
anxious to know what you think. People around here, when I ask, say,
"MMmmmmm." That's about it!
Jaguars always strike me as more "square-headed" than other big cats.

As congrats and kudos go, writing a book doesn't do the job. Maybe
it's just me, but the sky did not open to shower me with money and
roses. Shipping errors, bookstores that resist, mistakes, resentments,
and omissions. People should write only because they love to write --
like you and me.
