Graduate Fellowships
Insect Systematics and Evolution
Pennsylvania State University

Multiple graduate opportunities are available for students interested
in insect evolution, especially phylogenetics, descriptive taxonomy,
comparative morphology, biodiversity informatics,
evolutionary-developmental biology (evo-devo), and evolutionary
genomics.

Students will be part of a highly integrative and energetic lab group,
led by Drs. Andrew R. Deans, Heather M. Hines, and István Mikó and
based, in part, at the Frost Entomological Museum. Current expertise
focuses on Hymenoptera, but students interested in other arthropod
groups will be considered. Research/travel stipends available.
