Is there some way I can get a hold of this disk, or get these handouts in another electronic form?

I would love to consider adding some of these to the Florilegium. And yes, I understand I will probably need to get permission from each of these authors, individually, in order to add their work to the Florilegium, but this would make it much easier for me contact the authors especially if their contact info is included.
