I agree with Britt. If you find someone with combined
Adobe Illustrator and Entomological illustration skills,
it will also take them less time to do the work. Maybe
set up some sort of a pay range with a minimum ($20
to $25) and a maximum ($35 to $40) with higher pay
for demonstrated skills and experience. It could take
someone with experience half the time it might take
someone without the same experience. You'd
certainly get a good range of applicants.
