Try opening a 5 x 7 inch image with 30 bits color depth and 300 dpi
resolution and see what happens..........
Your scratch disk will have to take over about 75% of the RAM memory
requirements, making meaningful manupulations impossible on a "real
p.s. If you regulary work with high res. tabloid-size photo images in
Photoshop, consider installing 1 Gig. of RAM!
