Cool! I know a landscape watercolourist who also uses a three-colour
palette, Mark Vinsel: http://www.vinsel.com His paintings definitely
have a luminous quality to them.

I'll have to check out that magazine copy. Have been curious about
trying this technique, wonder how it will work on fish...=)  Thanks
for passing that on!
