You can get the Graphics Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing and Ethical
Guidelines directly from the GAG, 90 John Street Suite 403, New York, NY
10038; (212) 791-3400 Fax (212) 791-0333; the current 9th edition gives
a toll free number for ordering (800) 878-2753; full price is $29.95
plus shipping (but new GAG members get it free with membership). I'm
sure it is also available at any good bookstore that carries artists'
books.
There is info also at their website: www.gag.org
It's an invaluable resource, and has a lot of good info. GAG also
carries alot of other great books too.
