Although I have sent this response directly to Lana, perhaps others of you
would be interested:

In response to Lana Johnson's request for where to order Wolff carbon
pencils, the University of Oregon Art Supply Store has just received a
supply.  Call 541- 346-4331 and ask for Robert Canaga or Rachel Witt at
extension 242 to see about ordering them.  Robert Canaga is the head buyer
and Rachel is the papers buyer.  I do not know prices. They also may carry
Ritmo but Ritmo is available from Jerry's Artarama, NY, 1-800-827-8478.  I
think Ritmo and Wolff are pretty close in quality, but you might want to
try both to see what you think.  Wolff is the classic and is very good.
Wolff is made in England, Ritmo in Italy.
