Hey, I wear the computer klutz crown!LOL!  Just crashed my 11vx, had it
reformatted and now can't get my syquest online as they gave me PC software
with the darned thing and the silverlining software is on the
syquest..........so I got my 1 free call to Syquest and they send me to
internet site thru about 30 screens and I can't download the origanal
silverlining lite.............
BTW, if you have a Syquest theior number is changed and no longer free tech
support, same with apple  ( you know the 1 800 sos-appl).  Now you need to buy
service contracts.  Seems a breech of contract to me???????
