The Netscape download is free. If Explorer prevents downloading Netscape,
then simply trash Explorer, *then* download Netscape. If you don't actually
want to trash Explorer, you can save it to a Zip cartridge, or even put it
in the trash (and don't empty the trash; then retrieve it later). By the
way, unless you have a fast line, expect the download to take a while.
Netscape will *not* respond to your e-mail. I've tried it before. They are
up-front about it and clearly state they do not provide any kind of
technical support for downloads.
If all of this fails... send me a zip cartridge, and I'll send it to you.
