Carol, Re. Sci Art Edu.

Since this sounds like a serious inquiry, please refer this person (the
Italian journalist who is looking for college info) to Leslie Becker,
GNSI Admin. Assistant...or Leslie, if you read this, get the fellow's
address from someone and sell him one of the Courses and Books
pamphlets. Or maybe just give him one, as it will promote the GNSI in
general and could be considered free publicity if you ask him to
acknowledge GNSI in what he is writing)

Rebecca, Re. the overseas shipping of the handbook

I know that it will be a total paperwork hassel,as cost varies so with
the destination, but what may be unavoidable is to start charging the
individual book buyers with the shipping. I know this question came up
before the Board before and we were able to avoid it, but it sounds like
at this point something must be done and a new policy worked out. Buyer
prepays the book, and agrees to pay GNSI additional for the shipping
(means Leslie has to invoice them after it's shipped...yuk). Or have 3
or so different preset shipping fees for different regions of the world
that approximate the average for the included countries.
