Hi All -

I was just talking with Elaine on the phone, and she asked me to tell
you all that she is NOT toodling about the country in her insured Tercel
(showing off her new SCI-ART license plate), but she is in fact in the
process of settling into her new house, and will be off-line until the
middle of next week. If any of you who are working on Handbook chapters
need to get hold of her before then (or have e-mailed during the last
