Yes,

Don't flip and invert when you make the postscript.  Send them a full
resolution PDF (All Lossy compression turned off)  They can hit the flip
and invert buttons in Acrobat when they send it to the lino.  Acrobat 3
should work fine for any one color work you may be doing.  I would not
recommend it as a medium for full color or spot color work yet.  There was
an article in MacWorld early this year on setting up PDF as a print
transfer file medium.

If you are sending the original PS and just want to preview the results in
PDF, then you are out of luck I think.  You will have to print PS twice,
one normal and one negative.
