At this point I'm going to say, "Get as much as you can."

Seriously, reuse fees are all across the board, depending on the type of
use, the company, and the budget. One company might pay $75, while another
would pay ten times that for the same image and a similar use. Advertising
pays more than editorial, for example. A large company pays more than a
small one. Everyone pays more if it's something they REALLY need and can't
find anywhere else.

Guidelines for reuse of commissioned art generally runs 25 - 50% the cost of
the original fee, BTW. If a client commissions new art and wants to reuse it
for something different, then charge a percentage of that first fee.
