I assumed you were going to OS 8. I don't think you have to go through
upgrading the harddrive to go to 7.5.5.  When you have a clone the harddrive
and CDROM need to be upgraded separately because the system software is only
set up to upgrade Macs.

I guess I would check with Apple tech support at this point -they were very
helpful when I ran into problems. But if you do need to upgrade the harddrive
you will have to order the software from FWB.

I can help if you decide to upgrade to 8.
