Elaine, to back up your e-mail, simple save the Eudora folder to diskette
or zip. The Eudora is stored by default in the system folder... but it can
reside anywhere you put it. And in fact, if you back up to zip, there is
plenty of room to back the program along with the mailing lists, archived
messages, etc. Just be sure you copy the Eudora folder that resides in the
system folder.
As for Netscape... make sure you copy the Netscape bookmarks file. Again
save to diskette or zip. I do this, too. When I upgrade my system software
or upgrade my version of Netscape... I simply copy this folder, and then I
don't have to go about creating it all over again.
Works like a dream.
