I'm need some scanner advise.  I have a mac and a pc.
Will only be buying ONE new scanner......Should I buy
a scanner for the mac and then purchase a SCSI
interface card to be installed into the Pentium II?
The ads say 'pc & mac compatible', but the specs
seem to be saying either/or.....I want to be able to
use the scanner with both mac and pc. Is this
possible?

Honed down to Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL.
