Here's an easy solution to the fax machine issue: www.efax.com.
It's a free electronic fax service. You receive faxes as e-mail
attachments. The advantage to that is that you can store them
electronically and print a fresh copy any time.
I like this service so well that I no longer use my traditional
fax machine. The efax service offers some "premium" add-ons that
cost a little, though not much, and I like them too.
