Thanks to everyone for your input.  One always hopes that one will never
need
such details in a contract, but it sure pays to have them there, if for no
other reason than sleeping more peacefully.  Since I live in MD, a small
state with multiple nearby neighbors, I had wondered if choosing another
state was an option.  I may look into that.  Thanks again.
