Hi all...
Since I am a fairly new subscriber to this list, I hope that this issue
hasn't already been addressed, making my request redundant. Having said
that, here I go:

I am looking for opinions, advice, and instructions about putting digital
watermarks on artowork displayed in a portfolio on the web.

Specifically,

Do I really need to do this? (as it changes the image)
Can I do it in photoshop as a layer and then flatten?
Do I need some watermarking software?

And, I have seen sites where a downloaded image opens in photoshop as
"noise" and "static." Anyone know about this?

Thanks!
