Just thought I’d point out that my book has just been released in the US, with a generous foreword from Robert Skidelsky. Frustratingly, Amazon.com appear to be overcharging but other sellers are being more reasonable:

The UK sellers are also being more reasonable. But it appears to be available on Book Depository while only being available for pre-order on Amazon.co.uk to be released on the 24th of this month.
Some have already said that there is some classroom worthy material in there. But I'll let you be the judge of that.
