Personal Opinion... and a weird technical term ahead...

Back in the dawn of time, someone or some someones made a really
stupid mistake, and divided the two when there is no clear or
reasonable dividing line, and certainly none based upon real
history.

All these years later, there are now two groups, and those groups
probably deserve a reason to change what they "earned and have"
before any such recombination or change is contemplated. These
are our friends and neighbors and their feelings are as important,
or more important, than correcting a technical error. Even one
as glaringly obvious (to me) as this error remains.

The Crowns of Calontir, and their advisory orders, seem to be
able to make case by case determinations as to what is which,
and so the process (and the Kingdom) are not broken. Both have
adapted to that ancient error, and carries on.

So, do let me know when and if the sundered Orders are interested
in uniting "as they should have been". But let's not simply
"do something" to them. Merely for the sake of /cognitive
parsimony/.

End of Personal Opinion.
