Yes it has warmed up to -18 C from the -23 C of first thing this morning, 
Cannot believe we are warmer than Boston!  But snow!!  Oy vey!  Yesterday we 
were a balmy 2C.  Nova Scotians are getting temperature whiplash

Normally, complaining to Bess about cold in winter is a bit useless. 
Northern Eastern Canada, eh?  :-)

But it was -5 in Boston this morning when I awoke. Quite unusual. Then 
again, so were multiple blizzards in a very short period of time.
