Although, you must acknowledge that for several of those years, the scrolls were prepared, but mother nature interfered.

Traditionally, the Mag Mor Scribes guild has produced the Kestral scrolls. Perhaps if you contact Belinda or someone else up there. (sorry, I don't have their direct emails.)
