"Prohibitive"? The most costly aspects would be time, and
finding a person or persons with a good camera willing
to do the filming. There might be copyright issues involved,
but I kinda doubt they'd be prohibitive: if someone refuses,
then that particular song would stay off YouTube.
How much time or money would be necessary to add
close captioning? We do have occasionally more enthusiasm
than enunciation, especially in groups.
