Same here, disclaimers and thought combined.

But, I've made the mistake of reading the IRS documents on the
topic.  Perhaps that was dumb of me. :-)

Me too.

There isn't much worse than doing a good and careful job, and
aiming to do the right thing, and getting slapped around.
