Greetings Jeffrey,

I'm glad someone pointed you to some of the official rules. Since the official rules often vary for armored combat, rapier combat and archery from kingdom to kingdom, the kingdom website or other kingdom repository is often the place to look for official rules. 

For the same reason, although I keep how-to and information articles on all these activities in the Florilegium, I don't try to keep up with the official rules and leave that to the official web and other systems.
