It is also a step beyond just adding credit. It is also 
about permission, and beyond that respect. Had she asked
for permission first, I would have gladly given it, assuming 
she included the 10 pt statement. If she was going to
Add my name after the fact, that would not have been enough,
as she had already published without permission or attribution. 
Furthermore, she altered one of my songs (Fyrd Song)to put her
people in rather than the Fyrdmen that it celebrates. 

All of these things add up to a lack of respect. I will never
give her permission to republish or reprint my works. 

This is my choice. I know that I am a bit more guarded in my
granting of permission than most. I hope I am allowed this 
level of control of my work.
