Hi, all. This came to me from the NHCOLL listserv today, drafted 
originally by "a third party who wishes to remain anonymous but it is 
intimately familiar with the situation, has been involved in 
evaluating options and having seen the outcome of negotiations, 
wishes to share their views with the community." It should serve as a 
useful standard of reference for many of us, I think.
