The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) arrived today to perform an
inspection of UNL's hazardous waste management practices.  The inspection
will be limited to City Campus and the EPA can potentially be on campus for
several days.  All violations will require formal corrective action and
could possibly involve fines.  The EPA will inspect locations where
hazardous waste is potentially generated and will perform interviews of the
staff.  Please have your staff cooperate with the inspector.
