Due to a printing error, there are 499 duplicate Hazardous Material
Collection Tags (HMCT) that have been sent out to our campus customers.
Please help us minimize the duplicates by destroying any tags from the
series #67901 through #68400.  Call us at 472-4925 if you need replacement
tags.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Also, a friendly reminder:
Please avoid writing chemical formulas when completing the chemical
description section of the HMCT.  Instead, use the full chemical name or
trade name.  For more help on completing the HMCT, visit  the "Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP)" on our web site at:  http://ehs.unl.edu.  Thank
you.
