1. November IBC Meeting - Location Change

The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) meeting on November 16, 2004
will be held in the East Campus Union.  Refer to the kiosk for room
location.



2. Ergonomics With Non-Powered Hand Tools
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the National Institute for
Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) have developed an easy to use
guideline for selecting or purchasing the best available ergonomically
designed non-powered hand tools.  Selecting the best tool will help reduce
the risk of a musculoskeletal disorder, such as carpal tunnel syndrome,
tendonitis, or muscle strain.
