Clean Your Files Week

The Fifth Annual Clean Your Files Week will be held April 19-23, 2004.
This event gives employees a chance to clean out overflowing file cabinets
at work and helps support efforts to participate in Earth Day. Departments
are encouraged to choose one or more days during that week to clean out
files, old stationary, and other paper components that are no longer
needed. The paper that is collected should be placed in a recycling bin
and the number of bins filled should be recorded. The department to
collect the most paper will receive a prize. For more information or to
sign up to participate, contact Tonya Bernadt at 472-5038 or email,
<[log in to unmask]> or Meghan Sittler at 472-8823 or email,
<[log in to unmask]>. If you need extra recycling containers for the event,
contact the Recycling Office at 472-9139 or email, <[log in to unmask]>.
